I am co-founder of and working with a Non Profit Organisation called Save Our Selves (SOS) dealing with the problem of drug and alcohol abuse amongst the youth in our area and all related initiatives such as family dynamics, communication, conflict resolution and life skills training.

My current interest and focus is on applying the principles of Neuro Linguistic Programming, Transactional Analysis and Spiral Dynamics to the 'addiction dilemma' and reaching both parents and young people and providing them with a 'simple' framework to understand how best to deal with the challenges that face all of us at the different levels of personal development.

The most rewarding aspect of my work is that many years of searching and perturbation is now culminating in a 'model' that appears to work and results to date are most encouraging.

I am also co-founder of the Auxanõ project (Greek for GROW) focussing on research and application of personal development and trauma recovery processes.
